Why it’s a multiple and not a flat price. Carrier and AI rates move, and they differ by country and by number type. Pricing as a multiple means you always pay the current rate plus our margin for running the infrastructure, instead of us padding a fixed number to cover the worst case.
Where to see your own usage. Log in and open Settings → Billing. Every call, text, email and AI action is itemised with a running total for the month, so nothing on your card is a surprise.
Texting registration. US carriers require a one-time registration before you can text customers. There is a small one-time carrier fee and a small monthly carrier fee for the campaign; both are passed through at cost and shown on your bill. We walk you through the filing.
